Welcome to my table.
BURP is a coming-of-age self-actualizing tool for adults. It helps adults flip the switch from miserable baby mode to curious, creative, confident baby mode. Because we are born to know and destined to care together.
BURP helps you resolve every single SKBC, or Should-Know-Better Conflict, from this lifetime or another, by knowing together, not better.
It starts with "Let me relieve you by clearing the air. We are probably both right, but there are things we don't know." It ends with "Let's put feelings aside and know what we need to feel better, by knowing together."
A BURP Conversation helps reinforce, rewire, or release feelings, relationships or circumstances with Care-In-Action, and on knowing terms.

You walk away understanding how to:
• Recognize your misery alarm
• Identify what you know, don't know, and need to know about the SKBC
• Address unmet needs for trust and confidence, rather than feelings
• Resolve the SKBC from a place of caring together
At the core of BURP, there is a mission to test through Care-In-Action, one I have tested over and over again and ended up calling Karma Physics, because Care-In-Actions began to have equal and opposite reactions that go on and on and have made the world more caring.
My oldest daughter told me to call it BURP. 18 years ago. I Should-Have-Known better, and listened.
Most of all, BURP will ignite you with a temptation to know what you don't, so strong it will have you unafraid of what you know or don't, like the babies we are born to be: curious, creative, confident adult mode
Meet you at the table,
Gretchen

Parlez, Por Favor
Let's stop pretending we don't care when we know we are caring. Stop wishing you could have said or done something when you still can. Stop letting others push the wrong buttons when you know the right ones.
